Where are your products made?

Our lemon's are sourced directly from the Amalfi Coast in Italy and then made by hand, locally in Lytham, St. Annes.

Do your products need to be kept somewhere specific?

We suggest our products are kept cool before consuming, in your fridge or freezer to get the best taste.

Do you offer other beverages?

Currently we only offer Limoncello products but we are looking to develop a full range of alcoholic beverages over time - watch this space.

Ordering and Shipping

What's the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders?

There is no order minimum. We're pleased to offer industry exclusive pricing to our approved partners, no matter how many items they need.

What's the lead-time for orders?

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

How will my order be packaged?

We take care to package orders so they arrive safely, without breakage or spillage. 

Your order will arrive in materials made from recycled content.

How can i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Do you offer local pickup?

We do offer local pickup. If you live locally to Lytham, St Annes then please select 'Local Pickup' when purchasing and we will be in touch to arrange your product(s) to collect from our address.

Do you offer local delivery?

We do offer a local delivery service, typically within a 7 mile radius from our shop address. If you would like us to deliver your product(s) on our next delivery run free of charge then please get in touch.

What's your return policy?

At Marcella's, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact your dedicated customer care rep within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges: simply initiate a return, then purchase the product you'd like instead.

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
